The Borderless Practice has been around for along time promoting diversity in business. They consult, but also run highly sought after online leadership courses based around diversity for big clients like Bloomberg, NHS, Universities, LinkedIn, NorthernTrust and Aviva. I built their main website and also create ongoing dynamic online courses which has allowed their usually ‘face to face’ workshops to be run remotely. This training area also includes significant dynamic online course functionality and a very large resource area for participants during and after the course has completed.
